A journey driven by the desire to help differently
I began my professional journey as a classroom teacher. Quickly, I realized that I lacked the time — and sometimes the tools — to provide the type of support my students with learning difficulties truly needed.
During the pandemic, greater schedule flexibility allowed me to offer daily one-on-one online sessions with my students who needed extra support. For the first time, I was able to truly focus on targeting specific learning goals, adapting concepts, and supporting each student at their own pace.

This in-depth work truly resonated with me. It’s what led me to pursue a Master’s degree in special education while working as a remedial teacher in a school setting. Since then, I’ve chosen to dedicate myself fully to this kind of individualized support, because I deeply believe in the value of targeted, patient, and consistent guidance throughout a student’s learning journey.

It all starts with the student.
For me, every learning process begins with a foundation of trust. By building an authentic connection with my students, I support them in discovering their strengths, understanding what helps them learn, and actively participating in decisions that affect them. Through appropriately tailored challenges, they experience tangible successes that fuel their motivation — a crucial driver in awakening the joy of learning.
I have had the privilege of supporting many students, both in public school settings and private practice. My approach is rigorous, playful, and deeply human.
Because learning doesn’t happen in isolation, I place great importance on collaboration with parents. I am here to guide them, yes, but more importantly, to think alongside them — taking into account their questions, doubts, observations, and realities. Together, we explore realistic strategies that fit daily life and can evolve over time.

MAP Éducation
I regularly liken the learning process to hiking in the mountains. From this comparison was born MAP Education.
The student in front of me is at the heart of my planning. They are the starting point.
For some students, the summit is steeper than for others. However, each challenge undertaken is accomplished one step at a time. Each summit is accessible. My role is to accompany the student in their learning journey. My aim is to equip them with tools to tackle challenges, akin to essential gear in a hiker's backpack. This knowledge can then be reapplied in future endeavors, instilling a sens of confidence in them to scale even the loftiest peaks of their academic pursuits.
